Quicken for Mac No Longer Auto Reconciles

Hello there - I keep trying to auto-reconcile my Quicken for Mac software with my BofA checking account, but it refuses to auto-reconcile. If, for example, I use Quicken Mobile so I can attach a receipt picture, it won't auto-reconcile with the identical payee & amount transaction pulled from the bank. How do I restore auto-reconcile so I won't have to choose between deleting a 'downloaded' transaction from the bank or mobile entry containing my receipt picture?

Thank you for coming to the community with your questions and concerns, though I apologize that you are experiencing this. 

I hope you don't mind answering some follow-up questions for me. When you say that it won't auto reconcile with the identical info from the bank, what exactly do you mean? An auto reconcile would be happening after you update your accounts. So is the software just no longer doing that? 

Please be specific on what steps you are taking and what exactly your software is or is not doing.
