One Step Update deletes investment data (Chase)
Suntu
One Step Update deleted investment data. It deleted .6364 shares of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Used a back up to restore the data. This is a significant problem with Quicken. When will it be fixed?

Was the transaction actually deleted or is just that the "compare" to what Chase says you have is saying they are gone?
See this current problem with what Chase is sending for how many shares you have of each security.

When One Step Update finished, I noted the data had been changed in the investment. Fortunately I had a back up so I reinstalled it. Each time One Step Update runs, I have to compare it with a previous print out of my account for errors. Errors are frequent.

Quicken does not download data from transfer agents. I must manually input data.

I'm always using the current Quicken Windows Premier subscription version.
