Need to download full year of transaction history [edited]

Only getting partial year upload from banking, but I need entire year for taxes. How do i download the entire year?

The time frame for transactions that are available for download, is set by the financial institution, not by Quicken. Most allow downloads for three months; some have a longer period. There is the possibility that by going to the financial institution's website, you may be able to download files for periods longer than are available through online downloads into Quicken.
So I suggest that you check the financial institution's website to see if more data is available there.
