American Funds - trouble adding Brokerage to my Accounts.

I'm trying to add American Funds to my account. It keeps saying There was a problem during communication with our servers:
Can't setup 'American Funds - Retirement Web Site' and
OK (DISCOVERED_ACCOUNTS_READY_FOR_USER)
Also, here is the log:

If you have not previously set up American Funds in Quicken and if you have not already done so, you might want to read the following: https://www.capitalgroup.com/individual/service-and-support/other-resources/how-to-use-quicken.html. Perhaps the most important part is that when setting up the account you need to enter your SS number, not your online account UserID.
