I selected Rebalance portfolio from the Asset Allocation. In the popup window, the first table that shows adjustments to Target does not match the asset allocation graph/table.

I had added a custom category of "Mid Cap" to my Asset Class last year, but it does not show up in the first table. Also, the "Current %" column does not match remaining categories. See attachment.

Mine does the same thing. It does not include any Asset Class I created.

Even though the Quicken developers have recently add custom asset classes, the allocation rebalancing hasn't been updated for this.  This has been noted in other threads.

You should submit a bug report like @Quicken Paloma suggests, but note that they only way you can currently do the rebalancing is if you calculate it yourself manually.
