Transactions in Online Center Not posted to Registers

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have numerous transactions from 2 financial institutions that are not posted to the registers. Surprisingly the registers indicate there are transactions downloaded but not accepted. Help appreciated very much.
