Error code QL-297-A

When updating my quicken account it shows an error code QL-297-A for my primary bank Chase. It doesn't update. I have ask google and followed all steps and they are normal. How does one correct an error code QL-297-A for Chase bank?

Further investigation has concluded that Chase performed an security update and Quicken performed a security update at the same time. It was found to disconnect the VPN when updating.
