After performing this update all my 24 years of transactions are gone. I loaded my last backup and there are missing also. Is there a way to revert back to prior versions to fix this?

Hello @Jorgy,
Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. I would recommend implementing the Mondo Patch. Before starting the process please backup your current file. For instructions and more information about the Mondo Patch please visit the link below.Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes!0 -
To revert to an earlier release, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet, update by applying the appropriate Mondo Patch, and restoring a data file saved prior to updating from the earlier patch release. If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken. To update Quicken to the R36.38 release, I suggest you download and apply: https://assistant.quicken.com/patch/QW27.1.36.38MPatch.EXETo prevent Quicken from applying an update without your approval, I suggest you set Windows UAC settings appropriately (choose default or always notify).1

I tried the mondo patch and validation methods with little luck. I was able to restore most of my history and spent hours adding missing entries. Every time I reopen Quicken now it loses the last 9 entries in one account. The lines where the transactions were show up blank. I then have to restore a backup and the file does the same thing every time it's reopened. I probably won't renew this software again.0
