Is there a Refund or Credit while Quicken resolves the download issues everyone seems to be having?

I was thinking of buying but there seems to be a lot of download issues from multiple banks and credit unions.

There are always issues with downloads from multiple financial institutions especially when the Express Web Connect connection method is used.  If you're going to rely on importing data, the trick is to determine whether the financial institutions you are using provide support for the Direct Connect or Web Connect connection methods as they are more reliable.
