Investment Account wont Delete

I have an investment account with Schwab I am following with Quicken and because of the recent issues downloading, I just readded the entire account since it was only 1.5 years old and I could still download the entire transaction history. Now Quicken will not let the old account be deleted. Any solutions?

Online Services
of
investment accounts using the
Direct Connect
connection method reportedly addressed in R36.45:
