First Foundation Bank-- One Step Update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
After First Foundation's transitioning to a new platform, I'm unable to activate One Step Update for my account, despite following all the bank's instructions. The error message for two days now is that the problem is with Quicken's servers and that First Foundation cannot fix it.

Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken. If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Web Connect connection method if available instead.
