Can I create a rule to determine what category an expense is put into?

I work for a travel center and I have food and fuel purchases. I want to create a rule to have all purchases for this payee under $20 go into food category and above $20 go into fuel category. Is this possible?

    Quicken Windows doesn't have any rules that are based on the amount of the transaction, so this isn't possible.  If there isn't anything in the payee or memo that is different, than separating them will have to be done manually.
