STILL CANT CONNECT TO QUICKEN CLOUD OS BIG SUR/MONTEREY AFTER 1 MONTH
Its been 1 month since this problem occurred. Nov 11. I have spoken to 2 reps from tech support Tier 2 & 3 and 2 reps from tier 1. We have run every possible scenario several times and been on the phone for hours. Problem still not solved. [Removed-Disruptive] As I have said in another post ,I was running Big Sur when I stopped connecting to the cloud. As a last resort, I upgraded to OS Monterey and it actually worked for 1.5 days and then STOPPED. [Removed-Disruptive/Rant]
