How do I open Quicken for the first time?

I have downloaded and installed Q. Don't know how to open it to begin using it.

Do you see the Quicken application in Applications? Another option is If you hit command and space that will open a finder window where you can type Quicken.

Also, Quicken offers a free one-hour one-on-one phone & online session to new users to help get you oriented to using Quicken. I think it's helpful to do a little reading and poking around on your own first, which will help you determine some questions you'll want to ask. If you're new to a Mac, you might want to spend a little time getting accustomed to the Mac so you don't waste too much of your time in the Quicken session on Mac basics.
