How to use Savings Goals

I have Quicken Deluxe and cannot find Savings Goals. It tells me to go to Planning Tools then select Savings Goals. There is nothing to select. Can anyone help?

    Savings Goals should be a view on the Planning tab.

    Make sure the Planning tab is turned on:
    View -> Tabs to show -> Planning
