Is there a way to filter out LTCapGnDst since these may be taxable as income but are wash distributions ? Thanks

Not sure I'm understanding the "Income Tab in Investing Portfolio" headline.
Assuming you're referring to the column heading of "Income" when looking using Portfolio View, then the answer is "No", correctly, I'd say.  A LTCG distribution is income no matter what you do with it.
You can run an Investment Income report on one security for "all dates", "all accounts" and with "ReinvLg" deselected to get the figure you're seeking.
