new computer

I have a Quicken account. Now I have a new computer, and when trying to log in, I get wrong email or password. I have the mobile app on my android and I'm able to log in with no problem. What do I need to do?

    Can you peek inside your Android phone to see what the phone's using for email and password, just to make sure that you're typing these in correctly?  Are you referring here to Quicken.com, or to getting into the Quicken program?
