I can't get my Voya Brokerage account to connect to Quicken. I have chatted with Voya (formerly Reliastar/Ing) and they were no help. I have a login, password and pin. Anyone else have this problem?

Annuities cannot be set up for download. They need to be set up as manual accounts. You might want to read the following Support Article if you have not already done so: https://www.quicken.com/support/tracking-annuity-or-other-assets-fluctuating-value.

I have an annuity IRA with Thrivent. I set it up as a manual investments brokerage, set up manual investment funds for it and then manually entered buy transactions for each security. Once a month I update the number of shares and prices. It's not ideal but it works.

You can also do a search of this forum to see how others manage annuities in Quicken, if you wish to.

The FIDIR list shows 4 Voya financial institutions. These are the ones that should be showing up in Quicken when doing Add Account or Set Up Now.:

When doing Add Account there are only 3 Voya financial institution options. Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. is missing and my guess is that is what you are referring to and need for "Voya Brokerage".:

If my assumption is correct, then you will need to contact Quicken Support because no one in this user forum is going to be able to assist you. Quicken Support will need to investigate and take action with their service provider to get Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. added so you can set up with it.

To communicate this issue to Quicken Support you can go to Help > Contact Quicken Support (for talk or chat) or Help > Report a Problem.

What edition level (Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.), version and release of Quicken (R xx.xx) are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release. You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken Subscription version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?
What bank(s) are you having issues with?
What account types (checking, savings, etc.) are you having issues with?
Does this problem occur when you run One Step Update from your desktop/laptop or when you initiate a download using the Quicken Mobile App or Quicken on the Web?
What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

I had always assumed that the Add Account searches were done based upon the FI names but now I see that the searches are done based off of the websites. Learned something new today.

And, yes, I agree...the problem must have another cause.

I'm on Quicken Deluxe, v 37.52 windows 10; Error when trying to use direct connect that the login/password (pin) failed. go to Voya to get login and password. I called Voya today and they had no help for me. I was told to use Voya Institutional Plan. This is an Annuity plan, brokerage.
