When will The issue with account balances downloading in Capital One be fixed? Have the newest version and still not working.

    If you have not already done so, you might want to review the Alert that has been posted:  ONGOING 12/23/21 Capital One 360 Accounts - No Online Balance.  If you want to be kept informed of updates, bookmark it by clicking on the bookmark tag to the right of the title of the Alert.
    Unfortunately, Quicken typically does not let us know of when an issue will be resolved.  All we can do is wait for them to provide updates to the Alerts that have been posted and/or keep doing OSUs until we suddenly one day are pleasantly surprised that the issue has been fixed.

    If this problem prevents you from reconciling to the Online Balance, at least for a while ("until further notice") perform a manual reconcile once a month using the monthly statement's Ending Balance. That should keep you going.
