Successful reauthorization with Capital One but can’t do a successful update [Edited]
My One Step Update Summery tells me I must reauthorize my Capital One account with my bank. After successfully reauthorizing Capital One with my bank, I then try to do an Update Now, but to no avail, I still get the CC-901 notice and the message, my bank requesting that I reauthorize. I would appreciate any help with this problem.
