Zillow valuation of apartment

My property is located in a building with dozens of units. How do use the Zillow update? When I submit the address, a list of 10 choices comes up, all with the same address and nothing to distinguish them. I haven't found any corresponding to my property (there a much more than 10 apartments at that same address).
