Vanguard no longer provides detailed tracking?

    This has been going on for months and the best Quicken can do is urge that log files be sent? You ought to have hundreds by now.

    Detailed tracking is gone for all investment accounts and every single day Quicken loses the connection to the Cloud. The only solution is to set up each connection all over again.

    I cannot believe I continue to pay a subscription for software that does not work.

    I have had this issue with Vanguard. Using Quicken Deluxe on a Mac. The Account Status page was showing Error 2003, about which I could find no information.

    I tried Edit the Account Settings -> Downloads -> Edit Connection. Entered the login credentials for Vanguard and linked the accounts. No improvement. Tried this with both Quicken Connect and Direct Connect. No improvement.

    Then I chose the option under Downloads to "Disconnect the Account." Then I set the connection using the bank "Vanguard" with "Direct Connection." This finally re-established the connection.
