How do I recategorize Bought transactions in investments that have been categorized incorrectly

For some reason ETFs that I purchased in an investment account got categorized as Foreign tax. I cannot get to a screen that allows me to change it.

    It's hard to see how that would happen, but if you have a transaction that was recorded incorrectly you should be able to delete and re-enter it.
