New budget does not show actual and difference columns

I created a new budget for the new year but the new budget does not show the actual and difference columns when (viewing it in "planning"), it only shows the budget column. The previous budget shows all three columns and if I change to that budget all three columns appear. How do I get my new budget to show all three columns?
