Vanguard accounts are not updating

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I've installed v6.5.1. I've disconnected and reconnected the accounts. Quicken finds the accounts. I can link the external accounts to my Quicken accounts. But Quicken does not update them. AND Transactions is greyed out, cannot open to add the updates manually. Please help!

It sounds like during the update or re-connection of your Vanguard accounts, they were switched to Simple Investment Tracking; that's why Transactions would be grayed out. Open the settings for each Vanguard account and change the Investment Tracking Method from Simple to Detailed.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
