Trying to set up a car payment and get stuck

I have purchased a new car and am attempting to set up the account and the payment in Quicken. I want to add it as an off-line account. I enter the relevant data in each screen successfully until I reach the loan REMINDER screen. I click "next" and see the loan PAYMENT reminder screen. I enter the correct account the money is to come from and click "done". I'm taken BACK to the loan reminder screen and can go no further. It keeps looping back the loan payment reminder screen which still reflects the incorrect pay from account information. If I click cancel, I'm cancelling the loan. How do I get out of or beyond the "loop"?

If the issue is not resolved by performing the Copy and Validate Instructions as described in: https://www.quicken.com/support/advanced-data-file-troubleshooting-correct-problems-quicken-windows, I suggest you report the issue to Quicken: select Help > Report a problem...
Your post is the fourteenth discussion on this topic since December 2019 that I am aware of. We've been informed that all of the data files Quicken has received thus far with this issue have been resolved by performing the Copy and Validate.0
