quicken deluxe version 37.65 does not recognize latest transactions

I downloaded 4 transactions the last of 2021. When I try to reconcile these 4 transactions will not show up as cleared causing reconcile to be out of balance. The trans are marked cleared. I closed and opened quicken, sorted by date but no success. I did the patch to 37.64 like it told me to and my version says 37.65.

    I doubt this has anything to do with what release you are on.  Are you reconciling to the online balance?
    If so, that online balance has a data associated with it.  If it isn't correct (old date) then the new transactions will be past that date and not included in the reconcile.  There have been several reports of people having problems with the online balance/date with Express Web Connect lately.

    If this is the case, you need to contact Quicken Support to report it, and to reconcile you will have to change to reconciling by "statement" so that you can enter the proper date and balance.  You can turn off the reconcile to online balance in the Account Details -> Online Services tab.

    It would also help if you stated what financial institution this is for.

    Thank you for your input. This was a download from Synchrony Bank. One thing I noticed the transactions were dated in December but had the year 2022. I changed the year to 2021. That may be the problem. I will use statement balance to reconcile to see if that works. :)

    Well, if the transactions had a date of December 2022 that would certainly put them outside of reconcile for today or earlier!  This the first time I have heard of the year being wrong on the transactions, but that would certainly have the same result.

    I had to delete all the transactions that downloaded from Synchrony Bank with a dec 2022 date and enter them manually. then reconcile worked.
