Quicken doesn't have category for downloading CSV files from WaFd Bank. How to download?

Washington Federal Savings bank recently changed it's name to WaFd Bank (October 31, 2021. Since then I haven't been able to use the One Step Update. On WaFd website I can download the transactions as a CSV file. When trying to import that file into Quicken, the only choice for a CSV file is "Import Security File from CSV file. That doesn't work to down load an Excel file
