I am using the Web download but not all of my transactions are downloading, specially my payroll deposits. I am missing a bunch of transactions. some one suggested going back to an old version R37.57 or earlier, how can i get down load that version

Thank you for coming to the Community with your questions, though I apologize you are having this issue.

@Chris_QPW, actually created this awesome tool called the QuicknPerlWiz that can help you roll back to previous versions when needed.

I don't think there ever was a R37.57, there was a R36.57. To go back to a given release just download and install that patch version.

I have BAC in my portfolio for some time,as of 2022 quicken does not update this account,my other accounts update readily;;what is the problem??

@Tacoer,

Please go to Help>Report a problem from within your software. Provide three examples of the transactions that are missing/not coming into your Quicken in the description field. Leave the log files attached and send the report over to Quicken.

Let me know when you have done this so I can take a deeper look into this issue for you.
