I keep getting error message OL-220-A when trying to do a 1-step update.

    You state the issue is resolved but not for me. I still can't do a 1step update for my Fidelity account.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, are you using a VPN? Is this occurring in one account or multiple? What connection method are you using? 

    To check the connection method being used select Tools > Account List >Edit account details >Online Services

    Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.

    I get error messages when updating Quicken data. OL-220-A for Fidelity and OL-301-A when updating Bank of America. But here is the strange thing: my wife and I have separate Fidelity account registrations that have one common investment account in both, but only her's updates and I get that OL-220-A error. This tells me that there is a possible problem with my Fidelity account.

    Not using a VPN. This error occurs for all my Fidelity accounts. Using Direct Connect method.
