Capital One Activate One Step Update

The system allows me to get all the way through the process to authorize my accounts. However, as soon as it completes everything it sends me to a quicken pop up box that says "sorry. We encountered an error. (it's not your fault)." This has been an issue for months. When will this be fixed? I inserted an image of the error box I received. Hopefully you can view it.
