Payments to Visa and Line of credit is not recorded and shows as zero in banking summary and cash flow. How can I fix up so as it shows as an outflow of cash.

For a credit card, like it or not you have spent the money when you make the purchase, so you should include the card account in the report and exclude the transfer payment.
But if you want to show the money as spent when you make the payment, you can exclude the credit card account from the report and on the report's Advanced tab set the Transfers setting to Exclude internal. This will record the transfer to the credit card account in the Transfers section of the reportĀ
