Inter-account Transfers

I have numerous cash movements between my checking account and several taxable brokerage accounts. Sometimes i get the question: "Is this an inter-account transaction..." and sometimes I don't.
I have noted in the brokerage accounts these transactions are sometimes have an action code of 'Deposit' and other times 'Xin'. Also some 'Xout' codes for transfers out. The transactions look the same in the checking account.
Help would be appreciated.
Thanks

If taxable Deposit and Withdraw brokerage transactions show the transfer account as the Category, they are equivalent to XIns and XOuts.
For transfers to and from tax deferred accounts, other considerations apply.QWin Premier subscription0 -
