USAA "Get Access ID and PIN" link seems to be broken

Trying to reconnect an account that was having connection fail every time I attempted to do a one-step update. I could not reset the connection since apparently USAA shows "fake" account numbers now, so I didn't know which account was the correct account. Now that I've deleted the direct connect, when I attempt to create a new connection, the link for Get Access ID and Pin takes me to a page where the result is:
{
"error": "invalid_request",
"error_description": "Validation error"
}
The URL that produces the above error is: (I've blanked out a portion of the client ID should that be sensitive information)
https://api.usaa.com/auth/oauth/authorize?client_id=xxxxxxx-f181-xxxx-b603-xxxxxxxxxxxx&redirect_uri=https://df3cx-services.1fsapi.com/casm/usaa/connect&scope=usaa.profile.member.read+usaa.bank.aggregation.read&response_type=code&code_challenge=my_challenge&state=my_state&code_challenge_method=plain
The USAA Help isn't helpful, and their chat and phone support is too busy to answer. Any thoughts?

Hello @D-Reaves,
Thank you for coming to the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you are experiencing this.
I did try recreating this issue in my own Quicken and I was able to produce an error. However, when I turned off my VPN I was then able to open the link without error.
If you have a VPN, Anti-Virus, Firewall, etc. Please try disabling these, one by one, and try the "get access id & pin" link after each one you disable.
Do let us know if you are able to get rid of this error or not by doing this.
Thank you!

I do not have any VPN enabled. I disabled both firewall and antivirus and still got the same error. So still unable to re-connect this account.0

It looks like your URL is truncated, try this one in your web browser:
https://www.usaa.com/my/logon?goto=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.usaa.com%2Finet%2Fent_oauth_consent%2Fauthorize%3Fclient_id%3D9fef871a-f181-4734-b603-9385c8db23b3%26redirect_uri%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Fdf3cx-services.1fsapi.com%2Fcasm%2Fusaa%2Fconnect%26scope%3Dusaa.profile.member.read%2Busaa.bank.aggregation.read%26response_type%3Dcode%26code_challenge%3Dmy_challenge%26state%3Dmy_state%26code_challenge_method%3Dplain%26session_id%3D4f6ef242-7ca3-4eff-8c6f-b4ebc395df22

@D-Reaves,
Thank you for the update!
Please go to Help>Report a problem from within your Quicken software. You can paste that error in the description field and leave the log files attached. Then go ahead and send them over so I can try and locate the internal error that you are encountering.
Let me know when you have done this and I will review the log files.
Thank you!

@D-Reaves,
Another thing I thought of. Are you currently on a restricted network? Like at work, or a school?
If so, please try the "Get Access ID & Pin" link from a different, unrestricted network.

Chris, that link to me to the Authorize Quicken page, but not to the generate ID and PIN. Thanks anyway.0

So, I still got the same error... I'm using Chrome as my default browser. I copied and pasted the URL from Chrome to Edge 98.0.1072.55 and I was able to get to the Connect page (yay!). However, there's still a problem as the account isn't listed. Is there a maximum number of accounts to show in the Quicken dialog? I have 11 accounts and only 10 show. I will search to see if that's a separate issue.
So, to reiterate, the Get ID and PIN problem seems to be related to Chrome. It does at least work in Microsoft Edge.0 -
@D-Reaves,
I was able to complete this action in Chrome. Could be pop-up blockers, or other web browser parameters causing this. Glad you figured that part out though at least!
As for the account that is not showing up, I would check for third-party access from the USAA website.
Also, there are some accounts with restrictions, is this a joint account?
