Next Transaction Dialog Box

Wasn't there a dialog box next to clear that said Next Transaction? If I have a bunch of add transactions, it's useful and it used to be there from my recent memory.

    When you used Enter Transactions there is a Enter/New button, but when you are editing an existing transaction, that button doesn't exist.
