Lost reconciliation

My November reconciliation vanished. When I attempted to redo it, the cleared checks showed a total of zero dollars. Help?

Also, you could try restoring a backup providing you know when the November reconcile disappeared. You may not want to do this If it was more than a few days or a short period of time.
