when I make credit card payment quicken no longer automatically match the payment with the source b

credit card payment is used to automatically match with the transaction from the source account ( checking) after the accounts update. now it appears as an extra bill . how I change the setup back  so quicken automatically but it as atransfer

There is a setting at Edit >Settings > Transfer detection that controls automatic transfer detection. Perhaps this was un-checked somehow.
