How do I get an Edward Jones LLC account to connect with Quicken as a banking/checking account instead of automatically as an investment account?

    Hi @Sharpshooter,

As best I can tell, Edward Jones is registered with the SIPC as a securities/brokerage firm.  They do not appear to have a bank as part of the securities firm (but that doesn't mean that they don't have a relationship with a bank - that may provide banking services to EJ clients).  Take a look at the documents that you received when you signed up with EJ and/or with recent statements to see if you can find the financial institution that holds the "bank account" you opened with EJ.

Get back to us and we'll see if we can get you connected.

You can't.  Everything from Edward Jones will be treated as investment related.
