Why are months of transactions not showing?

I purchased a subscription for my personal expenses last year in March, didn't bother log in again until now. There are no transactions showing in my account for like 6 months in the middle (april thru sept). Why is that??

    Most financial institutions limit the transaction downloading to about 90 days.  If you don’t log in and download for long periods of times you certainly can be missing transactions.

    You can attempt to get the old transactions using this method if supported by your financial institution.

    May I recommend you download and process transactions at least once a month or even weekly or daily? This helps keep your financial records up-to-date, without holes in the middle, and saves you a lot of stress as tax time approaches.
