Capital One Downloads - CC901s

Why is this issue taking so long to fix? Can't download transactions all of 2022. Is this a Quicken or Cap One issue?

    I'm having same issue. Capital One says I am authorized but Quicken says I'm not.

    Deactivate/activate works but only creates NEW account. It does not link to EXISTING account. "Working diligently after over 3 months without a solution must be tiring Paloma!

    The deactivate/activate does not work. The problem is still unresolved with downloading any Capital One transactions. This has not worked for a month and now Quicken is useless to me.

    You have to deactivate. Then do Add Account and Link it to your existing local Quicken account. Do NOT use "Cap One 360" during the institution selection use "Capital One Bank - New" Supposedly this whole issue is a Cap One 360 type accounts problem.

    I don't understand. Is this error fixed or not? I still cannot download Capital One transactions for 2022.

    Can't believe in the other thread they still say this is not fixed. Going on 2 months! Use my workaround above.
