Unable to use Quicken upon signing in

Hi All,
I recently signed into Quicken and received the following prompt:
"You have exceeded the maximum number of datasets. You cannot create a new dataset or continue to perform your current task at this time."
Then, I click "OK" and receive the following prompt:
"Your subscription expired before this patch was created. However, you may continue to use the version of Quicken you had at the time your Membership expired."
This prompt provides the following hyperlink:
"Quicken Subscription: How to reinstall Quicken after your membership has expired"
I click the hyperlink, reinstall Quicken and sign in again, only to be met with the same prompts again.
However, if I don't click the hyperlink and click "OK" instead, Quicken automatically shuts down.
Feel free to email me at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with any fixes.
Thanks,
Chris [PERSONAL DATA]

To clear the You have exceeded the maximum number of datasets issue, I suggest you contact Quicken Support: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-support-options
To revert to an earlier release, I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet, update by applying the appropriate Mondo Patch, and restoring a data file saved prior to updating from the earlier patch release. If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken. To update Quicken, I recommend you download and apply the appropriate Mondo Patch: https://www.quicken.com/support/patching-updates-windows, https://www.quicken.com/support/reinstalling-and-patching-your-quicken-subscription-version-after-your-membership-has, or http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html
