Long-term Quicken 98 User struggling to Produce QIF reports

I have Quicken Deluxe 98, Version 7, which I have used for more than 20 years for my personal finances. Yes, I know I am well behind the times!
I am looking to convert my data to QIF files for eventual transfer, however with far more than 100 accounts I am struggling; this is because I only get the option to produce data one account at a time, rather than all accounts at once. Yes, I have tried to scroll up as some users suggest but there is no "All Accounts" option to select. What can I Do?

I suggest you upgrade to the free Quicken 2013 Deluxe.0 -
Unfortunately it requests a password that has been lost in the mists of time0
