I appears that Quicken for Mac v2.9.7 does run on macOS Monterey v12.1.

Not that I have tested it beyond installing, launching and entering a few cash transactions.

And all the reports I tried worked.

But oh-so-much more limited in what it could do!

I do not look back at Quicken 2015 with any warm nostalgic feeling. For me, it held promise but had so many shortcomings that I couldn't bring myself to switch from the venerable Quicken 2007. The program has improved markedly over the past 6+ years. (It still has quite a way to go to address features which are still missing, but it's much more usable than Quicken 2015 in my opinion.)
