Entering Common/Monthly data.

How to see data entered that remains the same thoughtout the year. Can that data be seen?

    Are you talking about a one-time transaction (for the year)?  Or recurring transactions through-out the year?
    And, of course, once you enter either type, it will remain there to be seen until you remove/delete it.
    Your question really isn't very clear.
