How do I update my quicken Accounts from my bank?

One time, about a month ago Express Connect downloaded some of my transactions, but I cannot get it to replicate.

And, "express direct connect" is a nonsense phrase.The possible download options are:
- Direct Connect
- Web Connect
- Express Web Connect
- It MIGHT also say "Yes (Improve Connection)' if you're using EWC but Direct Connect is available.
You can look in the "Transactions Download" column of TOOLS, Account List (see the value adjacent to the account name) to see how this account is connected to the bank.Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4
