Missing transactions

I was out of the country for about three months. The system down load before I left, June 2020 works correctly. The transaction after I got back Sept 2020 works ok. but can not find any transaction all accounts from June 8th 2020 until September 14th 2020. Any ideas where my tranaction are?

    The downloads will only go back so far, so the missing transactions were past that date range.
