After an hour long phone call with support - I was told that this is a problem that has just started to occur. When I go to my account it shows my subscription expires 10/22 but when I click About Quicken - it shows my subscription expired yesterday. They are working on the fix and said they would report something on the community website when a fix has been done. [Removed-Disruptive]

Good luck with that. The users that have had the CapOne & Schwab issues are way in front of you in that line if an extension ever happens.
