Windows 11 and selecting categories when entering a new transaction

I am having a problem using Quicken Premier Subscription and Windows11. When entering new transactions the category entered does not always work and often gets stuck in a loop whereby you're unable to select a category AND you're unable to get out of the dialogue box to select a category. It requires Quicken to be "killed" via Windows Tasks to get out of this. Anyone else seeing this?

    What release Rxx.x are you using?  Help->About Quicken
