When will Ameriprise download updates be fixed?

When will Ameriprise download updates be fixed? My Quicken downloads from Elan Financial have been inoperative for over a month.

Have you contacted Ameriprise about this issue? What did they say? Generally any issues with investing account downloads need to be resolved by the financial institution.
You might also contact Quicken Support, because I do not see any indication from them that this is a known problem.

Ameriprise used Elan Financial for their credit card. Elan has been having trouble with Fidelity credit cards as well so I assumed Elan was working on it.
