Update/change financial institution user id

How do you update/change the financial institution user id?  I am using current version of for Window.

    Edit the account from the Account List (CTRL-A), then on the Online Services tab, deactivate One Step Update, delete the old information on the General tab, then re-activate on the Online Services tab.  Make sure that you "link" and NOT "add" (make a new account) the account to the existing account.
